Sheri J Worth currently works in pastel, watercolor, oil and mixed media with emphasis on the landscape. She is continually working on new ways to combine materials and create new and exciting images. Her background includes a wide variety of media including pen and ink, watercolor painting, oil painting, mixed media painting and sculpture.
A lifelong artist, she formalized her education at Colorado State University where she earned a Bachelor of Fine Art degree with a concentration in sculpture. This art education gave a solid foundation to her sense of color, form and composition. With a strong belief that we never stop learning and can learn something from everyone, she has furthered her art education with workshops and classes throughout the west.
Upon moving to Telluride, Colorado she established ArtAttack a successful graphic design studio. Most of her work was in print media as she produced business collateral, advertising, and catalogs. Her work also encompassed illustration, and the design of corporate and individual graphic identities. Her graphic work always reflected her fine art background and it, in turn, helped solidify her vision as a fine artist.
A love of travel and outdoor pursuits has led to plein air watercolor painting chronicling many travels. This is the foundation which established her as a landscape painter with a unique view of the world and a fresh approach to color.
